Melee Weapons
These are the weapons that you can start with, when you kill another person/monster, you may also pick up these.
Daggers/Knives
Simple Dagger:
A small lethal weapon that can be concealed easily. Average Blade Length: 3 Inches, Width: 1/2 Inch
Simple Knife:
Another Small weapon, but this weapon can be thrown also, so its a two in one deal. Average Blade Length: 3 Inches, Width: 1/4 Inch
Pocket Knife:
A very small blade, can be hidden very easily and can be folded. Average Blade Length: 1 and 1/2 Inches, Width: 1/2 Inch
Single Handed Swords:
Short-sword:
A small light weight weapon used mostly to parry other weapons. Even so it can be a deadly combat weapon. Average Blade Length: 6-12 Inches, Width: Varies.
Simple Sword:
A basic sword, used in one hand for both parrying and attacking with ease. Average Blade Length: 12-18 Inches, Width: 1 Inch
Two Handed Swords
Long Sword:
A lengthly double-sided blade, used to jab and slash enemies, it isn't very light making it harder to parry with. Average Blade Length: 35 Inches, Width: 1-1 and 1/2 Inches
Katana:
A blade used in Japan, it is double-sided, and is quite light making it easy to parry and slash, but hard to jab because of its curved blade. Average Blade Length: 27-35 Inches, Width: 1 and 1/2 Inches.
Claymore:
A very long blade and very heavy indeed, It has very insignificant swellings along the blade length, allowing them to hold an enemy's sword easier. Average Blade Length: 50-55 Inches, Width: 2 Inches
Spears **Note These can be used to throw but will not be returned until your character Picks it back up**
Basic Spear:
A basic spear, a long wooden handle with a pointed metal tip at the end. Average Spear Length: 6-7 Feet.
Javelin:
A light weight spear that is often used to throw more then to jab. Average Length: 5-6 Feet.
Single Handed Axes
Battle Axe:
A simple Single handed Axe thats handle length is 1 and 1/2 to 2 feet in length and the blade is about 1/2 a foot at the top.
Double Headed Battle Axe:
Similar to the Battle Axe except that it is double headed making it heavier and slower. Handle length is 1 and 1/2 to 2 feet in length and the blade is about 1/2 a foot at the top.
Double Handed Axes
Pole Axe:
A long handled spear with an Axe tip, making it easier to jab through heavy armours and weak shielding. Handle Length: 7 Feet Blade Length: 1 Foot
Heavy Axe:
A long handled double headed Axe making it easy to swing in a circle and cut the enemy to bits. Handle Length: 3 Feet, Blade Length: 1 Foot
Maces
Basic Mace:
A simple mace, used to bash skulls or break bones. Handle Length: 2 Feet, Ball Size: 6 Inches.
Heavy Mace:
A form of the simple mace but it is heavier and its spikes are longer. Handle Length: 2 Feet, Ball Size: 6 Inches.
Rods/Staffs
Rod:
A simple Wooden Rod that can be used to help in magical Attacks or defend oneself. Length: 2 Feet.
Long Staff:
A long Wooden staff that is used to help in magical attacks and defend yourself, it can also be used to break bones. Length: 7 Feet.
